Disposal Contractor's HSE & QA Standards

All work conducted by LR is performed under full supervision of the company's
qualified personell. Through the whole LR organisation HES & Q systems are
integrated as a line responsibility.

LR´s goal is:

To perform dismantling and recycling work without any Incidents, Accidents,
Health Risk or Mechanical Damage.
To do the dismantling without any environmentally negative effect, using
as less energy as possible to reuse, recycle or deposit obsolete material
Transform and sort the dismantled items into the best possible Secondary
Raw Material (SRM).

All projects are performed in line with Norwegian legislation and regulations.
All work is performed to Lyngdal Recycling AS´s (LR) HSE & QA standards, and all
activity included in the operation is logged in an environmental account.
If the HES standards for a Company or a Contractor on any point is different to
the LR praxis or standards, the most restrictive praxis or standard will be followed.

LR has set the objectives and goals for the project to be entirely free from occupational
diseases, industrial accidents and damage to the environment. LR's business development
plans have engrained a series of HSE objectives through the efforts of each and every employee,
and LR's contractors and suppliers. Confidence will be won from clients, shareholders and the
general public by means of excellent HSE performance and the utmost effort for protection of
environment. Achievement of the objectives will frequently be controlled and verified.
